I recently hired Deep Rock Foundations after researching multiple companies and getting quotes from my top three options-and I’m very glad I chose them. From start to finish, the entire team was outstanding. Communication across the board was far superior to the other companies I spoke with-not just from the owner, but also from the admin team and the crew performing the work. Everyone was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The owner personally came out for the initial quote and was incredibly thorough and honest. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and never tried to upsell services I didn’t need. It was clear this company genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and the overall customer experience. On top of that, their pricing was more competitive than the other quotes I received. My project involved 5 breakouts and 18 total piers. I had significant issues with my house, including cracks in an exterior wall, kitchen floor, garage floor, and a wide expansion joint gap. After the foundation was leveled, all of these areas improved noticeably, which was great to see. They also outlined a clear schedule ahead of time and stuck to it. From the moment they started digging the first hole to full completion, the entire job took less than two days-which was impressive given the scope of work. The process and expectations were explained very clearly-and they did an excellent job sticking to that plan. The crew was professional, respectful, and highly skilled. They were also very mindful of my property and took extra care to restore everything when the job was complete. For example, they had to temporarily remove part of a flower bed in my yard, and they put it back exactly how they found it-including the weed barrier, soaker hose, bricks, and even carefully relocating and replanting my plant. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.
