We had 20 piers installed to the exterior of our house and after the crew cleaned up it was barely noticeable. I chose Deep Rock Foundation Repair after extensive research and having several estimates provided. What I found while obtaining estimates was a little frustrating. I had a company come in and done an evaluation and was told that my home needed over twice the amount of foundation piers than I what I actually needed. A second estimate was done by a person walking around the house and asking, how many piers did the last company say I needed? I received an estimate via email that night with a price that was twice as expensive than the first company. I didn't receive any sketches, or work plans of what was required and the time needed to complete the job. My final estimate was from Deep Rock Foundations, and I am really happy that i didn't allow my disappointment from my first two estimate cause me to cancel our appointment. Tyler from Deep Rock foundations arrived right on time and was genuinely eager to determine what work was necessary to get my homes foundation corrected. He not only came inside and took interior leveling readings but done a very thorough inspection of the entire outer structure as well. He was able to produce a complete engineering plat showing where every new pier would be placed and told me how long it would take to complete the work. His presentation of the project was extremely well done and very informative. He answered all questions and concerns and was able to give me a written estimate professionally computer produced. We agreed on the start date and the total cost of the project was 1/2 the cost of the first companies estimate and was 75% cheaper than the estimate of second company. I went a step further and went onto AI and found Deep Rock Foundations to be in the top 5 percent of foundation repair companies. The entire process from the estimate to the execution of the work was nothing less that superb. Great care was taken to ensure the job was done correctly with accuracy. Every man on the construction was well mannered knew their job well and was a real pleasure to have here. The owner of the company came out on the two days they were here to ensure everything was running smooth and answer any questions that I may have. I'm not much a review writer, but this is one review that needed to be written. Deep Rock Foundations is one of the most professional companies that not only is superior in customer service, but their prices are more than fair considering the amount of work they do.
