Tyler Collins with Deep Rock Foundations performed a foundation review (inside and outside) of my house. I have never had a company perform such an "Outstanding" job as Tyler did. I was excepting a quick look and if no issue a quick turn around, but Tyler took measurments inside and outside to make sure everything was done and performed correctly. He did recommend one area to watch. He provided a drawing of my foundation and measurement. Recommend they return in a year to check everything again. Tyler explained everything and never rushed when I asked questions. I wish there were more companies around that provided "Excellent Customer Service and Information on what they were inspecting. I was needing my home leveled and at the advice of my neighbors they had just had their home releveled by Deep Rock Foundations so I gave them a call and they came out checked my home and gave me a detailed print out of of the difference from all rooms showing how unlevel my home was. After receiving the quote we set a date but because of the wet weather it was rescheduled three times , not their fault . Finally on the third reschedule they were able to get the job done. I can't express enough how professional Mr. Mason White and his entire crew were. When they finished the hard working crew cleaned up around where they were working and left the area looking better than before. Because my work was a substantial job I wanted more than one estimate. The second company wanted me to contact a structural engineer for a repair plan which they would then use to level my house. Not so with Deep Rock, Derek inspected my home and provided me a repair plan on the initial visit. There was no hard sales pressure when dealing with Derek. He is sincerely interested in doing what is best for the customer. He made adjustments to the leveling plan which saved me about a thousand dollars and saved a part of my floor which I did not want tore up. Derek was there to check in multiple times each day to make sure I was comfortable with the work being done and to ease the anxiety that naturally occurred as I watched piles of dirt building up around and in my house. His team was respectful, they worked hard each day and did excellent work. The clean up was A plus. And the customer service doesn’t stop after the job is finished. Derek checked in again to make sure I was satisfied with the results and the clean up. The cherry on top, a structural engineer is following up with a visit to ensure the piers are working as they should. Derek explained exactly what the issue was with my foundation, what he was going to do about it, and most importantly honored his commitment to the effort.
